O’Reilly Development Company purchased land in the City of North Kansas City located in the highly visible and thriving corridor defined by Interstate 35 and Amour. This development presented a unique opportunity to transform a brownfield industrial site into a sustainable, vibrant community in the heart of the Metro. Down the corridor is the next amenity that boosts the development’s active lifestyle goals – the bike room. This room, with open and modern design language, has lockers, bike racks, and a workstation for repairs and maintenance. The area easily accesses the bike share station and the cyclo-tack that is planned for the master development.
