Awarded State Historic & LIHTC tax credits
This project was awarded state historic and low income housing tax credits by the Missouri Housing Development Commission for new construction of a 55+ community with 36 independent senior housing units. The units include energy efficient design meeting standards of the green scoring tool for the National Green Building Standard.
Pickett Place features a clubhouse and gazebo for residents and is located next to the Katy Trail offering multiple onsite walking trails.
